IT Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration of technology vendor relationships and serves as the organization's point of contact to ensure smooth performance of operations. Assists vendor selection by reviewing and evaluating requests for proposals and contracts. Being an IT Vendor Management Analyst monitors compliance with service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, and expectations are met. Develops dashboards, reports, and presentations to track vendor performance. Additionally, IT Vendor Management Analyst proactively identifies areas where performance is at risk and collaborates with vendors to establish service quality mitigation strategies. Appropriately escalates vendor product and service issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The IT Vendor Management Analyst work is closely managed.     WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    In this role, you will provide information and consultation to company members and the I.T. team about how all Pape’ Group dealer business system processes work. This will include delivering training and serving as the liaison between I.T. and key management.

    To be successful in this position, you will need to have the ability to understand the processes and workflows in the business, including the cause and effects of all major transactions. This includes being able to gain an in-depth knowledge of the connections to third-party systems, both manufacturer systems and software products employed by The Pape’ Group.

    You will create and publish readable, easy-to-use documents and flow charts of system processes and their relationships to software applications and update the documents on an ongoing basis to reflect changes and revisions to applications and processes.

    You will be responsible for QC testing to determine if a process works and/or how it can be improved. The primary function of QC testing is to not only to “break” the software but to provide input for improvement in the process before general distribution. Any and all bugs found will be reported and fixed before general distribution.

    Remote and/or hybrid work opportunities are negotiable for this position but candidates must reside in one of the following states: Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia, or Texas.

    WHAT YOU NEED:

    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with an I.T. department, including familiarity with typical software development processes, documentation and tools.
    • Demonstrable experience with ERP systems and technologies.
    • Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and developing solutions for business requirements.
    • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with query software to generate reports and data sets.
    • Knowledge of basic business functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fundamental accounting principles.
    • Previous experience in logistics, inventory management, or related industries is preferred.

    Compensation: $70,000-$120,000/hr (Depending on Experience)
