We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist.
As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients and future clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage client accounts, including on-boarding new clients and conducting regular check-ins
- Analyze clients profile and client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Familiar with Docketwise or similar case management software
- Assist with sales efforts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or account management roles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Spanish & English)
- Knowledge of Immigration Law preferred
- Familiarity with Lawmatics preferred
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
