Manage all aspects of an SSI product implementation, including client and internal activities, to ensure the project is complete on time and on budget as well as meets client and internal expectations.

• Reviews contracted services and creates the detailed project plan to complete the required deliverables.

• Participates in the sales introduction and transition call.

• Establishes, with the client, the project decision-making & governance structure.

• Prepares for and conduct a project kick off call.

• Manages the collection and distribution of required set up data using the standard SSI formats.

• Determines resource requirements to ensure tasks are distributed to the appropriate person or group.

• Manages the project timeline, budgeted hours, and scope to ensure the project remains on track.

• Prepares client project status reports based on the agreed upon status reporting schedule with the client.

• Identifies project issues, determines options to resolve issues and escalates as appropriate.

• Evaluates and discusses risks issues, and competency deficiencies with appropriate client leadership.

• Maintains the status of project tasks, deliverables, and financial information in the internal project management system (Clarizen).

• Acts as a positive role model in all aspects of professional performance.

• Observes safety procedures and personnel policies.

• Supervises the completion of project work.

• Provides feedback on staff ability and competency related to work performed.

• Provides guidance and direction to team members regarding appropriate and professional behavior related to client activities.

• Must have knowledge of project management tools, terminology, and standards.

• Must have ability to independently identify project issues, determine appropriate actions to resolve the issues, and escalate appropriately.

• Must possess excellent organizational skills and prioritize effectively.

• Must be able to travel by automobile or airplane at least 50%.

• Execute particular security processes or activities;
• Ensure responsibility is assigned to the individual for actions taken; and
• Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the InfoSec department.
