Implementation Specialist jobs in Richmond, VA

As a Client Implementation Specialist, you are responsible for creating a top-notch experience for new Paymerang clients. In this role, you lead the kickoff and implementation efforts for newly signed clients in order to get them comfortable using our products and solutions. This position reports to the Client Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Drive client implementations to successful launch by managing scope, training, timeline and the client relationship
• Plan, manage, and communicate the progress of implementations, both internally and externally
• Review vendor files for accuracy and seamless integration into Paymerang systems
• Troubleshoot vendor data for errors and inaccuracies
• Provide all program training to new client users
• Communicate with client on any issues that may arise during kickoff and setup
• Document any concerns raised by clients and assist in providing resolution
• Liaise between our sales and operations team and our clients as needed
• Manage enrollment projects for clients as needed
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Excellent sense of time management and sense of urgency
• Detail-oriented, independent and able to adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years working in client facing role
• Experience with executive level support
• Experience implementing technical and/or SaaS solutions
