    Join our industry-leading BioPharmaceuticals team at AstraZeneca, where you can make an impact on patients with our leading pipeline! This field-based role supports the Oncology teams and is based in Minneapolis, MN. The geography includes Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska . As a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), your role is to minimize reimbursement barriers for patients and providers, optimizing access to AstraZeneca products in the assigned therapeutic area.

    Accountabilities:

    As a Field Reimbursement Manager, you will work closely with Managed Markets, Trade & Sales partners in the field, supporting targeted accounts in resolving reimbursement issues or concerns. You will develop ethical and customer-oriented reimbursement strategies and proactively communicate payer criteria/terms and practices. You will also maintain a high level of Managed Care and related Managed Markets benefit structures, reimbursement mechanisms, legal and regulatory influences, and health management programs.

    Essential Skills/Experience:

    • Bachelors Degree
    • Minimum of 5 years of total business experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry
    • Minimum of 2 or more years' sales, managed care or reimbursement experience
    • This job is a field-based role supporting the Oncology teams and is based in the Minneapolis, MN. The geography includes the following states: Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.

    Desirable Skills/Experience:

    • MBA or other related graduate-level degree
    • Two to four years of Biotech or Pharmaceutical Sales experience
    • Two to four years of Managed Markets experience
    • Infectious Disease, Respiratory, Inflammation, Autoimmune, Oncology, Cardiovascular and Neuroscience experience
    • Experience with business planning and market analysis
    • Experience in implementing valuable programs and advisory programs
