Position Overview RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting an Authorities and Coordination Manager at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia, in support of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Nuclear Enterprise Support Directorate (NE), Mission Assurance (MA) Department’s adversarial assessment program. This position is contingent upon contract award. Roles and Responsibilities * Serve as a liaison between NE-MA Leadership, Project Leads, and Project Coordinators, ensuring the Government’s program goals and requirements are met
* Coordinate resources across all projects and partner organizations
* Review orders, briefings, reports, and procedures and recommend how to incorporate observations, insights, lessons learned, and best practices to improve organizational effectiveness
* Support the development, fielding, and training of adversarial assessment capabilities
* Attend and participate in relevant Department, Directorate, and Agency trainings, meetings, or other efforts to enable the Department, Directorate, and Agency to align its missions
* Provide the required resource management, supervision, administrative, planning, and professional development support required for mission success
