Summary: The Hospital Care Coordination Development Representative is responsible for the growth of hospital programs by educating the community about programs/services. Areas of focus include internal medicine, critical care, psychiatric, gerontology, and other hospital related services. This position will focus on building relationships for the purpose of increasing the visibility of hospital services.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent combination of education and experience, Master’s Degree preferred.
Licensure: Valid Rhode Island Driver’s License and reliable/insured vehicle
Experience: Five years’ previous hospital program development experience in areas such as IOP, Bariatric, Cardiac, etc.
Skills and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate to physicians and co-workers in a concise and effective manner. Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction. Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job. Demonstrates excellent organizational skills/abilities. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
