Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) The ideal role for someone who loves interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment.
$300.00 HIRING BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS
$18-19 DOE

Job Summary:
Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide product / service information, answer questions, and resolve emerging problems that our customer account might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage large amount of incoming phone calls.
• Collects and enters a large number of product orders on company’s CRM.
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build relationships and trust with customer accounts
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
• Ability to follow up to ensure problem resolution.
• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bilingual - Spanish and English
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to type and use 10-key calculator.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• Ability to be cordial and respectful with co-workers and customers.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Work overtime as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work with others in a group, cooperate with others, offer help when needed, and foster a team climate within the group where members are committed to a common goal.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of work experience in a warehouse preferred.
