The Federal Program Manager is directly responsible for all field/workload operations to include management staff, field investigation staff, administrative staff, and independent contract investigations all in support of the federal background investigations fieldwork contracts. This person will keep the management staff fully informed of all issues and matters of significance and will take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action.

Responsibilities will include:

• Profitability of field operations
• Timely completion of a quality product for the customer
• Exceeding expectations of the customer
• Procuring independent contractor investigators
• Productivity statistics of field resources
• Conducting weekly meetings with field management staff regarding workload operations compliance and personnel issues
• Communication of all workload initiatives to field operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
