**FIELD INSPECTOR NEEDED**

PROJECT WORK IN ST. LOUIS, MO.

HIGH CONCENTRATION OF CASES IN URBAN AREA

**FREE training and help desk available daily**

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Property Inspection experience is REQUIRED.

*General construction knowledge

*Availability-daytime hours Monday-Friday for Inspections and training

*Must pass Background Check and Drug Screening

*Smart Phone required

*Dependable vehicle needed

DUTIES:

*Route, perform and complete report per inspection in your assigned territory.

*Time service deadline, 15-20 days.

*Obtain photos of the home, outbuildings and any hazards/deficiencies and when needed, sketch the footprint of the home and any outbuildings. Input information into our proprietary system.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

*Fees paid per inspection via direct deposit on the 10th and 25th of each month as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

*Fee ranges from $15.00-$18.00 per inspection. Located in urban area, up to 4-6 per hour (high concentration of cases)

*Inspector is responsible for building inspection schedule, expenses, and taxes. EIN is required (Application FREE).
