Title: Training Manager - Banner

Training Manager - Required Skills/Job Description:

• Develop annual training schedule for Banner A/R, Financial Aid, and Records and other parts of Pennant
• Collaborate with functional offices to review current training plan
• Use operational calendar, academic calendar and input from functional areas to build out cyclical training on systems and business processes for SRFS, schools and center
• Develop 3-5 virtual training modules to be housed in Workday Learning
  • Identify 3-5 business processes where training is needed on an ongoing basis
  • Work with functional SME’s to gather content and determine assessment points/needs
  • Identify platform to develop module
  • Develop modules to be housed in Workday Learning

• Update existing training documentation as enhancements are rolled out and new releases change functionality.
  • Based on JIRA assigned tasks create new documentation for users as new functionality is being deployed. Keeping deployment date in mind when determining priorities and due date
  • Update existing documentation/resource materials as new functionality or changes to process are rolled out

• Train the Trainer
  • Develop plan to train functional SME’s in effective training delivery
  • Deliver training on how to create and deliver effective training
