Additionally, Information Technology Auditor Manager communicates overall regulatory, compliance, or operational readiness assessment results and follow-up action items to stakeholders. Coordinates external audit projects and initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Information Technology Auditor Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Information Technology Auditor Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     TITLE: Information Technology Manager
    DEPARTMENT: Administration Department
    FLSA STATUS: Exempt
    HOURS: 40 hours /week
    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Local travel 10% - 20% of total work time

    TERRITORY COVERED: Louisville/ Southern Indiana

    Position Summary
    The IT Manager oversees the day-to-day management and maintenance of all computers and computer-related equipment and issues related to technology.
    Performance Measures: A successful IT Manager will maintain the technology required for the uninterrupted operations of the agency.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Manage all computers, laptops, iPad, macs, internet, and Microsoft 365 accounts.
    • Maintain back-ups of all data and restore information as needed.
    • Oversee all IT infrastructure and network security for the Agency.
    • Configures all computer needs for all new and existing employees.
    • Maintain inventory of all Agency equipment.
    • Set up all new employees within the national office’s data base allowing access to their resources and newsletters.
    • Work in conjunction with the Chief Financial Officer on large equipment purchases and contracts.
    • Creation and management of all SharePoint sites
    • Management of Voice over IP systems and setup.
    • Network and oversight of multi-function copiers, scanners, and printers.
    • Setup and management of network routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi Access points.
    • Assist with IT budget and planning, including an IT strategy plan.
    • Be available to assist employees with technology issues and challenges.
    • Provide technical assistance for all software programs and equipment for employees.
    • Develop and maintain IT relations with other BBBS affiliates.
    • Assist with all IT and Internet contracts and vendor relations.
    • Assist with building maintenance and projects as needed.
    Education and Related Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of formal IT professional experience.
    Skills and Knowledge
    • Possess advanced knowledge of Information Technology. Ability to learn and excel at new technologies as needed.
    • Effective oral & written communication skills reflecting solid customer service both in person and via the telephone; experienced in effectively communicating key data. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the general public.
    • Ability to be a “self-starter” comfortable operating independently and decisively while recognizing the final authority of the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer.
    • Ability to relate well in cross-cultural environments.
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with staff, soliciting feedback, clarifying roles and making communication a priority.
    • Ability to use time effectively.
    • Ability to focus on details working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
    • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
    • Physically able to lift up to 30 pounds.
    Work Environment and Physical Requirements
    This is a routine office environment. Work hours would be mainly office hours, realizing that some IT functions might need to be done outside of business hours. A vehicle, valid driver’s license, and minimum state required automobile insurance are required in this position. This position is a hybrid work position.
