The duties of this position is to be responsible for the timely scheduling of Administrative Reviews. The scheduler also known as the Senior Word Processing Typist SWPT obtains generated report, reviews the report and ensures all the identified children on the report are in foster care.
The SWPT contacts the caseworker to identify which participants will be invited to the review. The SWPT sends out notifications via letter and / or e-mail to all the participants inviting them to the administrative review.
The SWPT reserves the appointment on the ARU reviewer's schedule. The SWPT enters and manages database for the reviews.
The SWPT also manages the schedule for the 3 full time reviewers to ensure that each reviewer has a full schedule of reviews to conduct.
The SWPT also assists the Assistant Chief of Planning with all Child and Family Service Review (CFSR) Planning activities to include scheduling family voice interviews, other case related interviews such as with providers, DCYF staff for all cases reviewed each quarter.
The SWPT manages the CFSR monthly case review schedules and any rescheduling due to interviewees' needs andor no shows.
This role will support The Assistant Chief of Planning during the Department's Program Improvement Plan as the Department transitions to state led CFSR.
