Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement onboarding programs for new team members to ensure a smooth transition into their roles and foster a positive work environment.
· Design and execute long-term development strategies to support the growth and career progression of team members, including leadership development initiatives.
· Lead the training efforts for marketing rollouts, ensuring team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively promote and execute new menu items, promotions, and initiatives.
· Identify opportunities for skill enhancement and create training modules to address gaps in performance or areas for improvement.
· Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms to track training effectiveness, employee progress, and performance metrics.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Human Resources, to align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
· Conduct customer experience training programs to ensure that team members deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
· Lead team-wide meetings and workshops to communicate updates, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
· Hospitality Management, or related field
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the QSR industry.
· Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs that drive results and improve employee performance.
· Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training evaluation methods.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
· Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing a team of trainers or training coordinators.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
