Position Summary:
The Sr. Technical Inside Sales Representative fields customer inquiries via telephone or email and identifies and evaluates customer needs. Converts customers’ needs to order for the appropriate product, program or service. Sets up and executes orders in the Company’s ERP in accordance with the commitments made to the customer. Acts as a single point of contact for the customer in all areas including identifying equipment to fill customer’s needs, technical support as needed, logistics, and invoicing questions.
This person will need to understand test equipment related to power delivery applications and products from key manufacturers such as Doble, Dranetz, Hioki, Fluke, Raytech, Omicron and others, and be able to apply those to the needs and requirements of customers.
