B Safe Security is hiring for an Installation Technician at our Wilmington, DE location.

Position Summary: The ideal candidate will have experience installing fire, burglar, access control, and CCTV systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the installation of fire, burglar, access and CCTV equipment
• System testing and inspecting to the prescribed standards
• Preparing accurate and timely service tickets and reports
• Ensure a high level of customer service, satisfaction, and communication
• Interface successfully with Administration, Sales, Customers, and Management
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment on and off site
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools
• Perform other duties as required

Education & Required Skills:

• High School Diploma
• 3 years experience required
• Ability to install, inspect, and service fire, burglar, access controls and CCTV systems
• Basic computer knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must read and speak English
• Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized
• Must have clean driving record and a valid Driver's License

Experience:

• 3 years prior experience in inspections, field service, and/or installation

NICET Certification is preferred but not required
