Overview: Mesa Public Schools is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Institutional Research Associate to join our team. Focusing on ground-level data collection and monitoring, the Specialist will collaborate with department, district, and school level leadership by contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of district programs and assisting in the creation of institutional reports, surveys, and dashboards. This position involves analyzing data, preparing reports, providing front-line support for data requests, and supporting continuous school improvement initiatives, making the role an integral part of our commitment to evidence-based decision-making and educational excellence.
