If so, then our Technical Customer Support Representative role may be the perfect fit for you. In this entry-level role, you will be the front-line support for clients ensuring that they are satisfied with Instructional Empowerment’s technology products. You will support our customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to inquiries with a sense of urgency via phone, email, and/or video calls.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, great interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to think on their feet to solve problems with customer accounts.

Here is what you’ll do

• Updating contact information for accounts.
• Escalate customer inquiries when needed.
• Responsible for inbound and outbound calls with customers.
• Responsible for technical support including, but not limited to, password resets and system navigation.
• Engage current customers and build sustainable relationships.
• Documents all customer interaction in CRM system.
• Contact clients to inform them about changes or corrections to anything related to their account or products.

Here’s the schedule you’ll work and the total compensation & Benefits package

• Hours are 8:00 to 5:00 - Mon-Fri  (On-Site)
• On-the-job training provided
• 15 Days PTO given up front in your first year

• Pay rate $17/hr
