Location : Fully Remote, Eastern Time zone workday required.
Work Hours : Standard Business Hours (8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Eastern Time with some flexibility required.)
Training : 2-week training in Eastern Time zone, followed by shadowing.
Responsibilities : Supporting teams and clients, monitoring workload, tracking issues, and facilitating communication.
Performance Indicators : Minimal client escalations and support for processing and compliance inquiries.
Must-Have : Medicare Advantage Enrollment experience and a self-driven work ethic.
