Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in Madison, WI. This person could start mid-May and contract would end at end of December but could extend into 2025.Essential Functions :

• This will be a dual role - scrum master and some potential project management as well
• Project support space and security space
• Has a security PM who manages security work
• This will be a Scrum lead running backlog and seeing issues, bring those forward
• This Scrum lead will also run smaller projects that you would need them to run with
• Will run two scrum teams for production support and app security
• Will be working with incident and problem management for production support
• L3 team will do actual remediation and coding and the team is L2 which is triaging and handing to L3 team
• Teams work with Majesco platform, front end and middle tier databases and API integrations; No need for Majesco experience

Requirements

• At least 5 years or more of Scrum Master and PM experience needed
• Familiarity with security, production support, and application support background is needed
• Some level of PM experience is needed
• Experience with ServiceNow and Jira experience - absolute must
• Understand support dynamic; Have to be able to pivot quickly

Details :

• Availability to interview this week 1-3pm, Thursday 1-2pm, and all of next week is flexible
• 30-minute interview
• Preference would be in the Madison area or 50-mile radius to NHQ
• 2 days a week because if there are outages they want support onsite

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
