Instructor - Chemical Engineering teaches courses in the discipline area of chemical engineering. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Chemical Engineering provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Chemical Engineering typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Plant operator duties include operating a forklift or other equipment to load or move materials to supply production areas with needed materials. This would also include load and/or unload trucks, railcars or other containers. Put away materials, track inventory, and complete necessary paperwork. There is an expectation that all work is performed in accordance with Company safety and environmental policies and procedures. GAC will provide all necessary training. Must be able to work any scheduled shifts (AM/PM; occasional Sat/Sun for OT).
