PRIMARY FUNCTION
Under the supervision of Communication Center Manager, supports operational and logistical activities associated with patient transportation services. Transportation services to include Chair Car, Basic Life Support, Advance Life Support, and Emergency 911 services.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of High School Education
Minimum of 3 years EMS Call Center experience
Proficient in Microsoft Software
Must be able to read, speak and write English
Valid Massachusetts Driver license
CPR Certification
EMD Certification
