**Responsibilities:**
- Manage incoming calls from prospective clients and facilitate 10-15 minute intake calls to assess client needs.
- Schedule consultations for attorneys within the firm.
- Conduct prompt follow-ups with prospective clients who did not schedule a consultation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our CRM software.
- Collaborate closely with our legal team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Ensure compliance with law firm policies and guidelines.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a client-service role, preferably in a legal setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google, and experience with CRM software is a plus (Zoho preferred).
