Instructor - Legal Support jobs in Michigan
Instructor - Legal Support teaches courses in the discipline area of legal support services. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Legal Support provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Legal Support typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Client Support Specialist job functions:
- Investigate and research problems thereby ensuring proper corrective action is taken
- Quickly address client and sales partner inquires and resolve any issues
- Set-up new client accounts via the company portal
- Direct, coach, and prepare new clients to use portal features
- Perform transcript/video status checks
- Field incoming inquiries from clients around price quotes for jobs which have already been performed
- Express genuine interest and retain knowledge of the type of legal services offered

Requirements
All you need to be a Client Support Specialist is 2 years of relevant work experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior administrative/office experience a plus!
