Instructor - Medicine teaches courses in the discipline area of medicine. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Medicine provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Medicine typically reports to a department head. May require a license to practice medicine. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for providing engaging and educational lessons to students in various level
Duties:
- Plan and deliver lessons
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Teach students the necessary skills and techniques related to their level
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons and activities
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate events and programs
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students in a teaching or coaching capacity
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the specific discipline(s) being taught
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline in a classroom or group setting
- Passion for education and a desire to inspire and motivate students
- Certification or qualifications related to the specific discipline(s) is preferred but not required
