Instructor - Nursing jobs in Weymouth, MA

Are you a retired LPN/RN looking to impart your knowledge and experience to the next generation of healthcare professionals? We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Nursing Assistant Instructor for clinical instruction.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate clinical training sessions for nursing assistant students.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and procedures in a clinical setting.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students during their clinical rotations.
• Collaborate with the education team to develop and implement curriculum updates as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards during clinical activities.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

• Active LPN/RN license (retired LPNs/RNs encouraged to apply).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous experience in teaching or training is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to promoting a positive learning environment.
