JOB TITLE: Facilities Support Coordinator

POSITION REPORTS TO: Director of IT and Logistics

POSITION SUMMARY: NA

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces
• Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
• Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors and escalate to management
• Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities
• Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff as required
• Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
• Self-managed self-starter
• Dusting, Mopping, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, cleaning, and restocking restrooms bi-weekly.
• Empties trash receptacles and disposes trash into dumpsters. Inc office spaces.
• Self-managed self-starter.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High School/GED
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
