Proven Performance Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our team. We specialize in treating athletes and active adults, providing personalized, one-on-one care for fa full hour. We pride ourselves on offering premium quality care and are not your typical physical therapy clinic.

Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions for athletes and active adults

- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs

- Educate patients on injury prevention and healthy lifestyle choices

- Engage with the community communities outreach and social media outreach

- Collaborate with the coaches, team to ensure exceptional patient care

Preferred Qualifications:

- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree

- CSCS certification

- Certification in dry needling

- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
