We provide full-day, year-round educational and vocational services for children and adolescents from preschool to age 22, using proven methods of treatment and teaching based on the latest clinical and applied research.

As an Instructor, you will work individually with those in your classroom in our 1:1 student-to-staff ratio school. You will receive in-depth training with each student in your class and rotate to work with several students every day. In addition, there will be time devoted to training, meetings, and case management to best support those we serve. This position serves as a great stepping-stone to careers such as a Special Education Teacher or Behavior Analyst!

Responsibilities:
- Implementing teaching protocols and behavior support plans
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver student instruction using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Record and analyze data
- Provide case management
- Manage behavior crisis
- Transport students within the community as needed
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Working knowledge and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
- Experience managing challenging behaviors preferred
- 1 years working with people with disabilities and/or education in a related field
- Valid and current U.S. driver’s license required
- Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday-Friday including in the Summer required
