Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Central Intake Coordinator to join our team in Alabama. The central intake coordinator is responsible for regional coordination of patient referrals and ensures that adequate transition to home health services occurs.
The Central Intake Coordinator can work from one of our offices in Hoover, Jasper, Clanton, or Gadsden, AL.
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
