The Weekend Intake Coordinator maintains an ongoing positive relationship with professional and nonprofessional staff of the agency and the community, and supports the coordination of clinical operations of the agency, ensuring quality of care on the weekend. Specific duties include:
2- 3 years' experience working in a fast-paced medical environment, preferably in admissions or intake. Must have excellent customer service and phone etiquette, as this position is the first point of contact for referral sources and families on the weekend. Must be able to multitask and be extremely comfortable with high call volume. Clinical experience/background, preferably in hospice/home health (i.e., LPN, CNA, etc) is desired!
