Scheduler/Intake Specialist with Dubol’s Home Care: $20.00 -$21.00 per hour. Urgently hiring!We are looking to hire an efficient scheduler to ensure that our clients are correctly scheduled for appointments with their visiting home care professionals. The scheduler’s responsibilities include scheduling and rescheduling appointments, maintaining clinician's schedules, verifying patients’ demographical information, and working with other departments to verify medical insurance. Ultimately, an exceptional scheduler should be able to build and maintain a good rapport with referring hospital staff and all clients as well as field staff.

- Communicating with clinicians to assign clients.
- Calling new clients to introduce Dubol’s Home Care as the service agency.
- Answering clients’ questions.
- Providing instructions to clients to ensure that they are prepared for clinician visits.
- Courteously receiving incoming telephone calls and taking messages as needed.
- Verifying insurance details.
- Filing documents electronically.
- Scheduling multiple clinicians to visit multiple clients.

- Proven experience working in a medical office is preferred.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance plans is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- The ability to type and file accurately.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good telephone etiquette.
This position is eligible for benefits: Medical Insurance/Dental/Vision; 401k with 3% matching; Paid holidays, and PTO.
In office weekdays 8:30 AM-5:30 PM with one hour lunch.
