Integration Engineering Director directs the development of solutions for integrating applications across the enterprise or its units/departments. Oversees the development of integration policies and the implementation of organization-wide integration initiatives. Being an Integration Engineering Director requires a bachelor's degree. Job Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Current Product Engineering department and Research & Development team by providing them training, leadership, mentorship and guidance.
• Drive and oversee the complete Product Development lifecycle by collaborating with cross functional teams to align product strategies and successfully deliver innovative products.
• Establish and improve Engineering processes, standards, and best practices for efficient and effective product development.
• Designing to established Cost Targets.
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the engineering department, preferably in an OE manufacturing industry
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering and product development
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and develop engineering talent
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs; MRP/ERP business software as well as Engineering software tools such as CAD & FEA software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to develop detailed project plans and timelines
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and strategically
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record for travel
