Responsibilities

• Graduate from our proven 90-day Listing Agent Launch Plan
• Learn and implement our Different & Better Listing Experience
• Follow our daily & weekly rhythm for generating business
• Talk to sellers, set appointments, and sign listings
• Negotiate offers & guide sellers through the sale process
• Conduct four open houses monthly
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and team events

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting, building relationships & trust, and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally to you. You are a strong communicator and committed to exceptional concierge-style service.
