This position reports directly to the President and Director of Operations in the Company.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Develop and track KPI's for business

- Interviewing and maintaining a list of people that are ready to be employed
- Training Manuals
- Special Projects
- Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other computer software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data reporting skills
- Professional appearance and personality
- Strong team player who can also work independently
