The Intranet Administrator uses the intranet platform as a University resource center where academic and business functions can access information and tools in a secure computing environment. The Intranet Administrator manages all aspects of the USC Upstate intranet site environment, including the intranet site’s technical design, template creation, support, and software updates. Intranet Administrator guides teams across the University in creating and maintaining content for their intranet page and also serves as technical support for relevant needs. Intranet Administrator maintains knowledge of current standards and emerging trends in the intranet environment and seeks for ways to integrate effective technology to improve the quality of the information exchange on the Intranet.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1-year experience in managing communications, timelines, and tasks for multiple groups, and web content management. Successful background check is required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SharePoint management. 2-year experience in web content management.
Salary: $54,165 - $60,000; Salary commensurate with education and experience.
