Inventory Control Clerk jobs in New Hampshire

The State of New Hampshire, Department of State, Division of Archives and Records Management has a full-time vacancy for a Stock Clerk II.

SCOPE OF WORK: To furnish records to state agencies and the public and as required to refile pulled records and dispose of outdated records.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Pull requested files for state agencies and the public. Delivers requested files to state agencies.

• Assists in keeping track of box numbers and inventory and delivers box numbers to agencies.

• Transfers boxes of records from agencies to Archives.

• Operates paper shredder and assists in record destruction. Assists in the training of new record clerks.

• Performs a variety of related duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Completion of high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Each year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.

Experience: One years of experience as a stock clerk. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.

18 Months of additional relevant experience = Associate's degree

36 Months of additional relevant experience = Bachelor's degree
