POSITION SUMMARY
Branch Managers are responsible for creating a highly effective team of employees so that the branch successfully meets and exceeds budgeted goals in sales, service, customer satisfaction and cost control.
Branch Managers are responsible to recruit, hire, and train all branch employees, execute sales and production goals, provide tailored coaching and action plans to motivate employees, monitor the P&L, conduct branch meetings, provide in-the-field leadership, and ensure that the customers receive exceptional customer service and have positive experiences with every interaction.
