This is a part time (approximately 20 hours per week) position.
We are a local, family-owned coffee shop that has been serving the Fayetteville area for more than a decade, and we understand the importance of work/life balance. We close at 1:00pm every day, so your afternoons and evenings will always be free. We offer flexible scheduling and we have a generous time-off policy.
We are seeking an exceptional barista to join our team. Ideal candidate will be a morning person; shifts begin at 5:30am and end at 1:30pm. We are looking for someone with a helpful and cheerful disposition who is 18 years or older, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
All employees are required to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) per week.
At least one year of previous customer service and cash handling experience is required, previous coffee shop experience is a plus.
