Being a Jeweler may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Jeweler relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Jewelry Art, an established fine jewelry store with a strong emphasis in custom design, has an opening for an experienced bench jeweler to join the team. Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years experience, excel in basic skills such as sizing, re tipping, stone setting and using the laser welder. Quality craftsmanship and attention to detail is a must. CAD experience a plus. Candidate must be a self starter and a great team player. Competitive compensation dependent on experience.
