Jig and Fixture Builder assembles a variety of standard and non-standard major jigs, fixtures and related tooling. Ensures jigs function appropriately with complex angles or contours. Being a Jig and Fixture Builder is responsible for determining methods and sequence of operations and scheduling work to be performed from tool design drawings. Designs and creates jig and fixture details and holding devices. Additionally, Jig and Fixture Builder may be required to verify accuracy and quality in accordance with established control procedures. Requires a high school diploma in a related area with certification in the field. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Jig and Fixture Builder works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. On-site training is available.
Work schedule is Monday Friday hours are 6 : 00AM-2 : 30PM

This full-time position is located at the company’s Manufacturing building in Oklahoma City.
Function :
- Set up and operate air assisted and airless paint machines, use HLVP spray guns
- Prep all bases and fixtures for paint by puttying and sanding
- Follow established procedures that guide and support a highly organized process
- Maintain a strong daily work pace in order to maximize team efforts
- Demonstrate a cooperative manner and the desire to promote good team interaction
- Display commitment to follow all company policies and procedures
- Consistently practice reliability and the willingness to assist others as needed
NOTE : Lifting and physical effort is required for gathering materials in a warehouse environment. (50Lbs )
Job Description - Requirements
- Willingness to be certified to wear a half-face respirator.
- Ability to handle merchandise up to 10 feet long and 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand 8 hours per day
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Possess good math skills and ability to read a tape measure
- Comfortable working with power tools
- Willingness to rotate job assignments
- Comfortable working with large machinery
- Good attendance is required
- Reliable transportation is required
- Good listening and communication skills
- Experience is a plus
