    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
    • Develop customized treatment plans to effectively eliminate pests while ensuring the safety of occupants.
    • Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments to control and prevent pest infestations.
    • Educate customers on pest prevention measures and provide recommendations for long-term solutions.
    • Maintain accurate records of treatments, inspections, and customer interactions.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

    Requirements:

    • Commercial Pest Control Operator's License through WSDA
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including one Saturday per month. No Sundays.
    • Physical stamina to handle equipment and perform tasks requiring bending, climbing, and lifting.
