LABOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST jobs in Houston, TX

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, with a strong background in recruiting blue-collar workers, including welders and industrial as well as residential construction personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels to identify and attract skilled blue-collar workers from the US and Mexico .
• Work closely with marketing team to promote job openings.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Verify qualifications, certifications, and work history to ensure candidate suitability.
• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified blue-collar candidates for current and future client needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.
• Conduct data entry through various Excel spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
• Proven experience in recruiting blue-collar workers, with a focus on industrial and construction roles.
• Familiarity with the Mexican labor market and recruitment practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant industry certifications and qualifications.
• ATS experience.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
