What youll do
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to our team and clients, ensuring efficient communication and a positive experience aligned with Logics values
- Manage day-to-day activities to maintain an organized and well-stocked office environment, fostering productivity and collaboration
- Coordinate special events, overseeing logistics, client follow-up, and budget management, while developing project management skills
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across all departments, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and documentation
- Proactively manage office supplies, anticipating the teams needs and ensuring the availability of resources
- Collaborate with external service vendors to maintain a smooth-running office environment, addressing issues and seeking solutions
- Assist with training and onboarding efforts for new team members, contributing to their seamless integration into Logics culture and processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve office operations, implementing solutions that drive efficiency
What youll bring
- Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Proficiency in leveraging technology tools, demonstrating an aptitude for utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and workflow automation tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to managing workload in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in communication
