Land Administrator assists in the preparing, updating and maintaining all land documentation, land maps and lease records. Ensures all information is in compliance with all local, state and federal agencies and regulations. Being a Land Administrator requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Land Administrator typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Positions Available In Central Texas:
Duties:
- Groom pets according to specific breed standards or customer preferences
- Bathe, brush, and trim pets' fur to maintain their appearance and hygiene
- Clip pets' nails and clean their ears
- Assess pets' skin and coat condition, and recommend appropriate grooming treatments
- Provide basic grooming services such as teeth brushing and anal gland expression
- Handle pets with care and ensure their safety during the grooming process
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
Qualifications:
- Must have at least (1) or more years experience as a pet groomer (cat and/or dog) at a mobile grooming company, grooming salon and/or vet hospital. At home grooms, grooms on personal pets and non-dedicated groomer positions will not count towards the (1) or more year experience requirement.
- Knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming requirements
- Strong animal handling skills and ability to work with pets of all sizes and temperaments
- Familiarity with grooming tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality grooming services
- Strong communication skills to interact with pet owners and understand their preferences
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
