Lawn Service Manager manages the daily activities of workers engaged in pruning trees and shrubs, cultivating lawns, and applying pesticides and other chemicals according to service contract specifications. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the unit. Being a Lawn Service Manager may require an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Generally manages a group of nonexempt employees. Additionally, Lawn Service Manager relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to a senior manager. Lawn Care Technician – Top Pay Scale
No weekends!
7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Some lawn care experience is preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to excel in a team environment as well as being self-directed
- The drive and desire to truly improve our customer's properties
- Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate machinery
- Ability to meet production goals
- Minimum of a High School Education or GED
- Current and unrestricted driver’s license
- Willing and able to operate a variety of tools, equipment and vehicles, including pickup trucks with trailers
- Reliable transportation to work
- Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
