    What you will be doing:

    • Schedules and executes property tours.
    • Greets prospects as the enter the leasing office
    • Consults with prospective tenants to identify desired property requirements and budgets.
    • Responds promptly to property inquires or concerns.
    • Presents accurate information and highlights key selling points about available properties.
    • Maintains consistent and professional communication with current and potential tenants.
    • Facilitates lease signing and ensures all required documents are completed.
    • Assists tenants in the leasing application process by conducting background and credit checks.
    • Prepares leasing documentation and explains leasing terms to prospective tenants.
    • Promotes available properties through open houses and by using marketing strategies such as posters, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
    • Ensures that properties are well-maintained and visually appealing for tours.
    • Maintains accurate and organized records of property tours, inquiries, and leasing agreements.
    • Monitors market trends, property prices, and rental demand in the community.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    • Provides excellent customer service to all prospects, vendors and residents


    What you will need:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of related leasing and/or sales experience.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Possesses attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel).
    • Ability to upkeep a professional demeanor in various work environments.
    • Ability to use leasing practices effectively and recognize property market trends.
