- This is for a full-time position preparing USCIS forms and front desk support.
- Must be self-motivated and friendly.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Must have at least 1-year of preparing USCIS forms and related applications. Candidates with experience will get higher consideration. However, we can train the right candidate.
- Support for answering calls & processing payments.
- Updating clients on the status of their case.
- Scheduling appointments for clients.
- Preparing correspondence and files.
- You must be punctual and dependable.
- Must be detailed and organized.
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English and Spanish.
- Careful attention to detail.
- Must have strong computer skills (Office 365 and Excel).
- Must be willing to do clerical tasks.
