Being a Library Researcher requires a bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Library Researcher relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Hruska Public Library Children’s Librarian
This is a part-time position with 20 hours a week, including every other Saturday morning. The primary responsibility of this position is the coordination and the implementation of the Library’s services for children, preschool through young adult, but work at the circulation desk is also required.
Permanent part-time benefits are available with this position, which include vacation, sick leave, holiday pay, and retirement.
