Position Summary:
The position will be responsible for helping schedule and deliver high quality workforce classes and programs that support helping people find jobs or navigate a career change, assisting instructors with maintenance of content, collection resources and follow-up with patrons. Focus will be on targeting 18-25-year-old audience, specialty programs (for seniors) and hiring events, plus support for Career Navigators.
